Coronavirus policy and contacts – latest update 12 May 2020 – Level 2
Universal Granite Ltd opened for business on the 28th April 2020 as per the level 3 restrictions required by the government. We were able to do deliveries but unfortunately not open the showroom.
We are pleased to advise that as of Thursday 14th May 2020, the showroom will be open by appointment only. Please select the product you want to view and complete the booking form to make an appointment. https://universalgranite.co.nz/showroom-bookings/
We urge customers to view products on this site or Archipro where we have our product range available for viewing, our sales staff are also available to give technical advice and to help make the best selection of stone from our range, which is the largest in New Zealand.
We have measures in place for collection and distribution – for contactless receipt and delivery of goods. Please contact your sales representative or email: email@example.com You will be emailed on receipt of your order with our policy. We will be following all requirements on other sites, including distancing, we will also make clear the requirements of our site. In all circumstances prior contact will be made and bookings adhered to, to the best of our ability.
All orders should be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org and include a mobile number so we can contact prior to delivery & email your pick slip for contactless pick up, also a date and time for pick-ups. An email will be sent outlining all requirements of the delivery or pick up.
